Help a 62 ranger

If I were you, I wouldn't use that for a weapon... the T7 crafted weapons are outclassed by Legendary drops that are very easy to find and/or purchase on the broker. IMO, of course.

Do the quest line at the entrance to Sanctum of Scaleborn.  The final reward from that line is a decent dw katana.  Also just kill the many named mobs out there, look on the broker for stuff and you'll find decent dw weapons.  Use the Xegonite you found to make a house item to sell, or just sell it out right.  No real use for you in it as you can get better gear from broker or easy killing, as Jay said.
