Knockdown epics ?

We have 2 knock back CAs neither of which work on epics (one is from an AA line)I can only assume you refer to Cover fire (a debuff) which has an animation that drops the target to its knees but does not impede, interrupt or otherwise disrupt the mob in any way other than the animation.
