scout classes tracking differences

I have not been able to positively ascertain whether or not particular scout classes can track invis or stealth. I have been told preds can track invis while rogues track stealth and bards can track neither. I cannot confirm this however. It does appear I can track invis, however, my swashy friend swears he cannot track stealth. I should say that I am on pvp server and so this is very relevant to ganking/being ganked.
