So how much worse ARE Rangers than assassins? I don't really like Freeport as much as I like Qeynos, but the way I hear you guys talk about Rangers makes me want to serve Lucan if it means I get to be an Assassin! So is it worth living in Freeport to be an Assassin?

On longterm fights like raids there is a 20-30% diffrence.. It is pretty much like having adept 3's compared to master 1's.

I still see plenty of parses on raids where our rangers are up there with our Assassins, wizards and summoners.

In PvP Assassin's out dps rangers... thats comming from a betrayed ranger to assassin... he himself said the assassin needs a nerf.

My assassin soloes as well as my ranger. In groups the dps is more consistent. With my ranger I had to work and consume a lot of arrows to maintain a second or third spot in dps, with my assassin its a steady first place each fight.
