I just got a Ranger to level 12, which is hardly an indicative level of a class, I know. But right now I have my awesome backstab ability that is on the one minute cooldown. I find the fights that happen when this CA isn't up tend to be pretty slow and I get hit pretty hard.Is this a general summation of Rangers though? Only good when the big CAs on long timers are up? Mind you, I am on a PvP server and my main is a monk. And I kind of like the "Oh more bad guys? Alright no problem" mentality I can afford with a monk. I am not looking for a class where I am totally screwed for 60 seconds after a fight.If Ranger is not the class for me, I am deciding between berserker and wizard and dirge to play with a group of friends. I want to bring something to the table, which is the only reason I did not pick Swash, as we have one and I think having two in a group would be overkill. We have a (crappy) berserker, two paladins, monk, swash, conj, illusionist, mystic, ranger (aside from mine), and some others. So based on all that... should I stick with ranger, or try one of the other three?<div></div>
