AA Fitness mvt spd

Hey is there a Ranger here? You seem all having taken the AGI path. Not me.As the BrigandAA's<b>Effect</b> says it only increase the in-combat movement, but actualy increase both IN AND OUT, I only want to know if the Ranger AA is the same: in and out combat movement increased.Maybe if it's both increasing, I will respec to your AGI path.

in-combat movement speed buffs are always onyou just don't notice them because they do not stack with pathfinding or mounts when out of combatthey DO however, stack with sprint.  i sprint at 53%<div></div>
