<DIV>Has anyone tested Rank 4 on teh WIS line? it's called Obfusication. It says "Stealth and Stalk abilities have their casting speed and reuse speed increased." Wondering if it pertains to ALL stealth and Stalk abilites or just Stealth, and Surveil.</DIV>
