well, it looks like this tool was not made for guilds to recruit new members but for what sony has deemed "too dumb to use a menu to search" new players. not helpful to guilds at all but totally helpful for those that want to be ramrodded into a guild that sony deems perfect for them. bad idea and will be turned off when i get home.
