The only difference is on auto attack (so far). I would suggest taking at least ONE of your summon arrow skills at M2 though...<div></div>

<div>Are crafted arrows better then summoned arrows or arrows I get from my Rip line?  I have always used my summoned and ripped arrows.  Would my damage or to hit be better if I started using the crafted ones?  I am wondering because no arrow seems to have any "stats" on them.  So I cant tell if they would do any better or not.  If anyone with some knowledge of arrows and what is best to be using can help me out that would be wonderful.  I want to be able to do the best damage I can be doing.</div>

<div></div><p>There is no difference between summoned arrows and bought arrows of the same tier. As long as the level listed on the arrow is the same they will do the same amount of damage. The only difference is that you can buy crafted arrows of different damage types - piercing, slashing, and crushing. All summoned arrows are piercing. When a mob is pierce resistant, you may have to use crafted arrows of the appropriate damage type.</p><p> </p>

<div></div><div>Most of your average mobs are not going to be pierce resistant. It is only named mobs and epic encounters that you run into this sort of thing. The only way you can tell is by A) looking up the named mob on ogaming.com or some other site to see if anyone has reported its resistances or B) watching your combat log to see if it is resisting any of your attacks.</div><div> </div><div>I am not sure but I think immunity from certain types of attacks was removed from the game. Mobs can just be highly resistant to attacks not altogether immune. Please someone correct me if I am wrong on this one. You may also see a resisted float above the mobs head as you attack.</div><div> </div><div> </div>

<div></div>Immunity was not entirely removed. I believe the update note went along the lines of "Most mobs have had their immunity to certain attacks removed and are not just highly resistant."

I hate to ask about this as I'm sure it's been done before...just can't find it yet on the boards. Is there a definitive guide somewhere listing all of the various types and tiers of arrows, summoned, crafted, and vendor bought? Just curious...<div></div>

Strictly speaking, tin arrows don't do less damage because they are now grey, they just aren't doing as much damage as using iron arrows would be doing for you at 19.  The same goes for greyed out armor, it gives the same protection as it always has, it's just that it doesn't give the kind of protection that using level appropriate armor would be giving you. At level 20 you will get a skill called makeshift arrows that will provide makeshift carbonite arrows, so you'll have a source of home-made tier appropriate arrows from levels 20-29.  This is the first and only time you'll get a source of free arrows at the beginning of a tier since skills are replaced every 14 levels though.  At app1 it will only provide 15 arrows every 10 minutes, but if memory serves it will be one of the options to master2 at level 24 and at master2 it will provide 65 arrows every 10 minutes. Oh and for combat arts it does not matter what kind of arrows you use, combat arts don't care what kind of arrows are consumed, they will do the same damage regardless.  For ranged auto-attack though you need to use tier appropriate arrows to be doing the most amount of damage that you can. <div></div>

I would also suggest getting at least ONE of your summon arrow skills at Master2. I did a respec to take my T5 at M2 and use it when I am short on my T7 arrows. Your damage spells, once replaced, will never be used again, but even free carbonite arrows can help you out in a T7 raid... <div></div>
