Point Blank Shot and resistability.

SOE use the same quality tier for the AAs and the regular CAsRank1 = apprentice 1 = 5% easierRank2 = apprentice 2 = 2 % easierRank3 = apprentice 3 = 0% ?Rank4 = apprentice 4 = 2% harderRank5 = Adept1 = 10% harderRank6 = Adept2 = 15% ?Rank7 = Adept3 = 20% harderRank8 = Adept4 = 25% ?And the stun from PBS cant be mitigated like the stun of Cheap Shot<div></div>
