+ranged?

<div>What does getting + to an offensive skill in general do for us?  I know that when I use my abilities, I currently at lvl 41 can get about +71 or so to ranged while take aim is running but what good does it do?</div><div> </div><div>The reason I asm was I was fighting some mobs that where a few levels higher then I was and with the +71 to ranged, I was parried 9 out of even 10 shots.</div>

I BELIEVE that your +range only helps your 'to hit'. This should be completely different than your opponents 'to parry'. If you hit, he STILL has a chance to parry, if you miss, he won't even try...<div></div>
