<div></div><p>They do proc and they do not stack. I will agree though that they do not proc tha often. You should have gotten a strength one. The same exact stats except it will proc the dps buff and +20 str instead of the haste buff and +20 agi. I ended up buying 2 AGI rings because the majority of my attacks come from Bows and the haste proc when it does go off is rather nice.
