Whether they believe there is an issue or not, you would need to be nearly blind to not see this as a huge communication failure. Considering the widespread negative discourse both here and on numerous other sites, and what has to be a measurable departure of their customer base, their wanton refusal to even address or acknowledge these issues is pretty shocking. It does bely an apparent disregard for their customer base as a whole. To say that this is a first for SOE would be a bit laughable, but considering the negative press that SOE is receiving in the mainstream press, you would think they might give at least a tinkers [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] about their customer base. Not that I expect that we'll have a 60 Minutes or 20/20 episode featuring members of the distraught Ranger class, but you never know!! <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Oh, the paltry comments of "if we notice a problem with Rangers, then we'll look into it" is not a response or an acknowledgement of an issue. SOE has dropped the "communications" ball on this one, and needs to admit culpability and address the issues (even if it's answer isn't necessarily one we particularly like or agree with).

Not that my opinion is worth anything but it is my firm belief that everything said hear comes across as blah blah blah blah blah to them. Big business understand but 1 language. But then again I am bitter.BedlamX
