<div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff">I'm not new to the game, but I've NEVER played a scout class before.  (Poor Illusionist just can't cut PvP, for me anyway).  My question is regarding Tracking.  Everyone keeps telling me that tracking works on Freeps.  But while I was in the Forest Ruins, I found a Freep who would not show on my tracking.</font></div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff"></font> </div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff">The particulars:  </font></div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff"></font> </div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff">I was standing about 5 feet from her</font></div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff">I am only level 8 so she cannot attack me</font></div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff">She conned Red to me</font></div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff">I tried filtering just PC's and also unfiltered with no effect</font></div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff"></font> </div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00ff">Am I doing something wrong?  Was she too high a level to track?  Can I not track Freeps until I lvl 10 and can participate?  Do I have to wait to get a "higher" level of tracking?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.</font></div>

<div></div><div><font size="3" color="#cc00cc">Yes, it was on, I clicked it on/off few times to make sure.  I'm hoping it was a simple bug.  Since I can't seem to get it to work atm, I was wondering, can you tell the diffrence between Freeport players and Qeynos players on track?</font></div><div> </div>

<div></div>on PvE servers I can say no they just show up like all players.  On the PvP servers I dont know, but I am betting they wont show any different than other Qeynosian players

Unfortunately, I can't answer this question for you.  I would like to add, however, that I have noticed some weird things with track before.  I have on rare occasion seen red mobs that I couldn't see on track before.  At the time it made me wonder if there is actually some behind the scenes check as to whether you can track mobs or if some mobs just weren't trackable.  I'd forgotten about it until reading this post.  I doubt that my previous wonderings are correct though and, regardless, don't think that they would apply in this situation.  I have also noticed that track works differently on pvp servers in regards to players of the opposite faction.  I am curious as to what the actual rules for track in regards to these players are.  I've noticed that sometimes I can see the names on my track list, but I cannot actively track them for example.  Other times it seems the names will change from the normal color of players on the same team to the con colors of someone on the opposite team.  Does anyone know if both or either of these situations has to do with invis?<div></div>
