HO's

So what's the deal with HOs?  I notice after I perform one I don't get a buff anymore, I thought this may just be changed for scouts but I watched my friend play his swash and he got that swindler's luck or whatever it was called.  How come we don't get those anymore? (also, when has anyone ever seen the bow symbol in an HO?)<div></div>

I used some HO's over the weekend and still got the Swindler's Luck icon. May be new, may be a bug, I'm not sure what to tell ya.There has never been a bow symbol in an HO. PLEASE tell me you saw one <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>
