<div>I must confess I created my ranger just after DoF was released.  I had played a conjuror up to lvl 48 but got bored with him and wanted to try something new.  I had always wanted to play a ranger and had even started one in EQ1 before I left so I thought why not.  I didn't know what level of DPS they were capable when I made Sarathin on the AB server.  In fact it took me till the mid 20's before I realized we could use poisons.  I even fussed in my guild's chat about not being able to do Harclave and kept getting my woodelven backside handed to me on several occations till I learned the class better.</div><div> </div><div>I dont think I am a true FoTM ranger cause I never knew our capabilities and I dont plan on changing to a new class I love my ranger too much.  I find him very fun to play and enjoy every aspect of the class.  I only wish I had gotten to see the full effects of some of the higher skills before they got castrated but then again maybe it is better that I dont know what I am missing.</div><div> </div><div>I am in the long haul on Sarathin and I hope they make us a viable DPS class again, and soon.</div><div> </div><div>To quote Red Green:</div><div> </div><div>"Keep your stick on the ice, we're all in this together."</div>

<div></div><p>Welcome to the ranks!  One of my favorite jokes from EQ1 was, "why don't rangers get feign death?"</p><p>... "because they wouldn't survive the fall!"</p><p>~Ba dump bump!~</p><p>as for Red Green... "Quando Omni Flunkus Moritati"</p>
