Procs + Stream of Arrows

With the new changes to the way procs work ( using the casting time of the CA rather then the bow deley) they have almost removed the chance for stream of arrows to proc anything .. poisons, bow procs, casted procs.  Ive had many times when I cast stream and over 30 sec's not a single thing procs.  This just CANT be as intended.  Is the reason for the because stream of arrows is instant cast thus having the lowest possible % of proc chance?  Is this REALLY what was intended?  Its basically made this spell useless.<div></div>

They've thought ahead of you somewhat.  Stream of arrows itself to begin the CA is instant cast.  Each consecutive arrow fired however is in itself its own effect.  If you use it, you'll notice a casting timer go up for each arrow fired.  Each one of these is on a 1.5 cast time i believe.  It is not a multi-hit CA.  Each Shot ends, and begins a new version of itself for 30 seconds.  So each arrow, theoretically has a chance to proc.  Left in its previous form, it would still be relying on the bows delay to calculate proc rates, but in this way it sticks to their "grande" design so to speak.  If you think about it, the whole of Stream of Arrows is nothing more than 15 or so consecutive bow shots at a 1.5 delay, while still maintaining the Longbow amount of damage.<div></div>

<div>I found it to go off anywhere from 1-3 times during a stream now versus 6+ times before.  Cut the number of procs in half or more at least for me.  Last night I was grouped with a bard and noticed I seem to have more DPS than the night before (I run ACT).  Sadly I was being outDPSed by heavy tank types on some mobs and mob groups!  Oh the mocking I did recieve!</div><div> </div><div>Ah well, hunkering down here!</div><div> </div><div> </div>
