Posion crafting business, out of business?

Ok, well to somewhat constructively answer the OP, I turned on ACTracker when we fired up on the PvP server, just to see how things look.I had to turn it off during PvP due to the lag increments at the end of encounters, but I did have it on for a couple of ours of low level PvE.It works out the same anyway right, same bow speed, dual weapons, same proc % on poisons? Doesn't matter the tier as the bases are all the same.I won't bother posting yet another graph, as even I am sick of them by now.But previously poison (40%) + quick shot (15%) was 50-55% of total damage or so.Today I had 16% total damage from poison after two hours completing most the PBog quests, while name farming etc for a bit.In that entire two hours or so I used one shot of poison.I laughed that my poison lasts forever and it was at 36 shots. I checked probably an hour later and there were 6 left. This was with me being the sole DPS and fighting constantly.I haven't even bothered to log onto AB yet. But I imagine it'll be about the same. 15% poison, 5% quick shot or something.And seeing as we haven't been compensated in any way with damage upgrades on CAs (quite the opposite it feels), we're down 30odd% of DPS right there I guess.My Live vs Beta ACT parsing equated to beta DPS being about one third of Live DPS (pre-LU20), and it pretty much feels that's how it went live.But having said that, I have to say I do not feel at all gimped in a group to be honest. And definitely don't feel gimped in PvP.With a snare/slow, one a double shot bow CA so far etc, we do fine. This is, of course, at level 12 hehe.But then, I didn't feel gimped in the beta PvP either.And working in a group doing the quests today, I felt more a part of the group than the guy one shotting the mobs before the Mage finishes casting his first spell.This is essentially what SoE were going for, to 'sink' us down into a group mechanic, and I guess time will have to tell us how this plays out.As Rangers we're just used to one or two CA'ing an incoming yellow^ mob and having a laugh.We just need to get over it, and admit the fact that it was a tad overpowered.It's fine to cry a river and talk about other grind games that are still whispers in the wind at this stage, or you can actually get some hard numbers to shove in SoE's face to make them listen (well.. try to make).My first impression:We are now much more a part of a group dynamic, rather than the famous guitarist who shows up to some garage band's gig to make them look impressive.Get used to being the rhythm guitarist <span>:smileytongue:</span>We are Izzy!

<div></div><p>umm group dynamic? lol why did i see nothing but rangers lfg this morning =p ill tell ya why, cause swash or better all outdps's us...</p><p>back to the whole pathfinding and lockpick..... swashs do that too =p</p><p>you can settle for it, im not . i didnt invest 2 years and i refuse to even try to approximate how much plat in poisons to do t3 dps.</p><p>1 week and ill have to regretfully bow out to my guild that i love to death.  I got a vanguard beta invitation  yesterday, ironic eh?</p>
