Stream of Arrows Change

Stream of arrows now works across target swaps. So, if you start stream on one target and the MT changes targes stream just keeps on going to the new one.<div></div>

Actually no, this isnt true... but they did change it.  You no longer have to click it off when a mob dies.<div></div>

<div></div>You sure of the swapping targets?  It's always been MT switches taret, you'll target the new mob but will in fact still be streaming the mob you started it on.  Seems to have been my expreriance tonight so far, no change noticed.

<div></div>yea it works through swapped mobs, only now costs power per shot and the time per shot is increased.. yea good news...
