Poison disappearing again after death

<div>Lock Jaw killed me seven times last night and I did not lose a poison once.  Hopefully you /bugged it.  It seems this bug only affects some poisons.</div>

As the previous poster stated it seems to be bugged and only for some poisons. I died a few times last night in TS and I would retain one poison but loose the other every time.
