Well you could use the effect but couldn't use the result of it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.I'm assuming that "summon 99" is going to get changed to something reasonable? I guess it depends on the timer on the effect, but if the recast is less than a day or so I'd say 99 is too many <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.<div></div>

Actually kinda curious what the effect does.  I casts soul leach on target.  I got that but then it increases power of target. So the way I read it, it increases  power of whoever is tanking the mob that you are attacking?Then it lasts for 9 secs?  Don't really understand this since it doesn't have a % chance to proc on the other target during this time.Other than that it is nice to see equipment with different effects.<div></div>
