Things are going to have to change.  As it stands rare poisons are almost identical to the common ones.<div></div>

Oh forgot some HUGE info.  Int does not affect T7 poison damage.  I'll have to do some more testing but i believe it has to do with the poisons being cast on an enemy instead of placed on yourself.  Don't quote me, like i said i'll need to look at it again.<div></div>
