<div>Just reading blackguards post about players intentionally equiping long delay weapons to boost (abuse) the amount of procs is laughable.  Blackguard, rangers did not make the long bow have a long delay, it is the rangers primary weapon, you guys made it like that.  So how can we abuse something when "it is working as intended"? </div><div> </div><div>So with that said let me help you fix this problem, I will even provide the solution for you for free.  The problem with the procs is the delay.  How about lowering the damage of the auto attack a little and shortening the delay.  That fixes your problem easily.  you don't have to go to the extreme coding all of the new things you are adding that screw rangers over.</div><div> </div><div>But I would love to hearyou guys explain why we should be lower than wizards since we have to pay for our damage.  Arrows are not cheap (it appears we have to buy the appropriate level arrows now) and niether are posions.  People seem to think that once we stop procing poison less that the cost of poisons will go down.  Not true, when the demand goes down the price will go up.  The economy has already been set and now you have further increased the cost of being a ranger.  Thanks.</div><div> </div><div>From every indication I have heard that AA's are broke...How can  you correctly parse DPS if they are broke? </div><div> </div><div> </div>
