Need clarification on a few things

<div></div><p>ok.</p><p>1.  I have read posts regarding weapon proc changes.  I do not understand what this means.  Is it that if you have an imbued bow and imbued weapons that only the bow will proc?  I am really confused about this.</p><p>2.  I have read several posts regarding chain vs leather.  I personally don't care about looks I just want the best armor I can have.  I have a bruiser who only has leather and his avoidance is extemely high and he does not take many hits.  But chain has higher mitigation.  So which is better higher mitigation or higher avoidance?</p><p> </p><p>Thanks.  Sorry for the double post</p>
