Changed Pounce ability?

Ok, so did they change the Pounce ability or am i just crazy? I use to be able to sneak up to a mob and hit all of them in a sweeping blow doing damage to an area. Now it seems i can only do it with my bow? Is this true?Also i turned 26th level yesterday and i got the escape ability...has this always been there too or are there things about 26th level that have changed as well?Just wondering.<div></div>

<div></div><p>Well the later upgrades to the pounce line DO and always have required a bow. They are ranged attacks, still an AoE one thou. So, i'd say it just got upgraded, not downed.</p><p>Escape has come in lvl 25 earlier iirc, so if it comes now lvl 26, that has changed.</p><p>++Xan</p><p> </p>

I'd say it's an upgrade myself. I love Spring, because I don't have to be right up in the mobs when I set it off. I can be positioned a little bit away. So I have some time before they get to me to maybe get off another CA.<div></div>

<div>Pounce is odd in that it requires range AND a bow equipped, but it doesn't actually fire arrows. I've never really understood that, but I use the skill all the time now that the damage is worthwhile.</div>
