I just reached T4, and I'm looking for a weapon to go with my PGT (when I'm lvl 32). I have a feysteel cluster and extract for an imbued weapon. I'm just curious about if there is a difference between all the duel wield weapons. I'm looking for a piercing since the PGT is slashing. I'm just kind of wondering which specific imbued weapon to go with. Thanks ahead of time for any advice.

You can go with the imbued for the proc, and that's understandable and fine, but I would get the Serrated Bone Dirk quest done, Stilletto's Order's Intercepted, and use that, higher Damage Rating over all and it is piercing, what I used....

Hexus Lupis

60 Ranger - Kithicor - Valor

Yeah, the SBD is nice. And as I recall...I didnt have a single ebon weapon. Just the PGT and the SBD, and if youve got it done, the SSOY. I eventually went on an MG run and won Vyrdaws Claw (sp) and used that to replace my PGT. Its the same model as the SBD so it looked like I had 2 lol. But one was fabled and the other legendary. Unfortunately neither had a proc...but OH WELL, my bow did and thats what mattered lol.

I would go SSOY main hand, SBD off hand. And of course, pristime imbued cedar longbow

Those aren't useable until I get in my 40's. I was wondering if there is a difference between the different types of feysteel weapons, such as crescent axe, leafblade etc. I already have the rares for the weapons, and I'm kind of a newb when it comes to reading the attack stats.

I pretty much solo alot, that's why I'm trying to find a good melee weapon. Thanks, I'll try looking at the bonus stats on those longer delayed weapons and find the better ones. Melee will be easier if everything procs and they're dead before they get close. :smileyhappy:

Sir, buy some stun potion's for soloing

Forgot to mention they are changing all that proc stuff on our Bow's from melee weapon and so on,kinda [Removed for Content] off atm so not going into it, just hop in a ranger channel and ask some question's, they fill you in

I probably should. So far I've only been using damage poisons. Thanks for the help.

Serrated Bone Dirk is "The Reaching Blade of the Assassin" quest.

The leafblades are probably your best bet. They have the best stats, longest delay (procs more in melee), and hit the hardest when actually meleeing.

Thanks for the help guys. Speaking of weapons not procing off the bow anymore, when does that kick in? I hear it talked about all the time but never see when it's supposed to be implemented.

It got put in today with LU19.

But as is becoming usual there was no testing done or if it was tested it was done by the clueless. The change they made not only effected weapons it effected ALL equipment with offensive proc's attached to them. That's right as of LU19 Cryptic Curaiss, Cryptic Robe, Shield of Striking ect all are broken and no longer proc. And from what a caster posted they f'd it up for them as well and non of the items that had proc's based on spell casting work either.

GRATZ to the Dev's and Testers for another great disaster of a LU.

they stealth nerfed it, that is why you dont see it in the notes.

As u level higher you wont need to use your melee ca's because you will have so many ranged ca's. You will find new unique weapons with unique procs that work on your bow but. They decided to nerf those unique weapons with unique procs which makes me incredibly sad. That was one of my favorite parts about being a raiding ranger. It hurts because none of the devs understand the raiding ranger.
