Is all that extra flesh slowing you down when you unleash a flying pointy tempest on your enemies? Then this might be the chain tunic for you!<img src="http://eq2images.station.sony.com/000/000/989/919.jpg">Et'sipie's is a pretty nice tunic on its own for a mid-level ranger), and very stylish. But what's really fun is activating its secret magic - lovingly handcrafted by one of the keepers of the Chamber of Immortality. With a simple willful activation, all your flesh will be stripped away and your attacks will be imbued with a powerful lifetap effect. Great for halloween, or when you want to unleash unholy hell on your enemies. The effect only lasts for 30 seconds, and is only useable once every 20 minutes. So it's only for special occasions. But you're pretty much guaranteed a lifetap on every arrow that leaves your bow. I've typically used it right before unloading with triple and double shots, and all the usual stuff. When I reach 50, though, I'll be curious to see what this can do along with Natural Selection and Storm of Arrows. It's useable only while worn.Note that I have a pretty low INT; I'm sure other folks can get more powerful procs out of it.Here's the <a target="_blank" href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/items/EtsipeBreastplateofUndeath.php">OGaming link</a>.<div></div>

<div></div><div></div><p>lol Bayler - You sound like a clothing designer or a Game Show host. </p><p>That is a cool Scout BP. I noticed that alot of Scout equipment and CA's drop in there. Myself and another ranger have been hitting the Chamber pretty regularly. I have seen Master CA's (Rip and Slip) drop off of the Lamia, plus several Adept 1's. I guess we will have to expand our hunting out to the Chamber keepers since we are getting to level where it will grey out soon. </p><p>Thanks for tip.</p><p>Message Edited by Berek_IronAxe on <span class="date_text">01-20-2006</span><span class="time_text">07:37 AM</span></p>

<div>Yeah I had this in my hand. I'll tell you a little story...we'll call it "Val's Stupid N00B Story." Yesterday I was helping a fellow guild(LvL 41 Fury) with his RoV access quest, and we have a fairly new guild with us (lvl 34 SK). We get to this guy in RoV and he drops the Master Chest with this tunic in it, and I thought that it looked like a nice addition to my wardrobe. The fury declined, but the SK hit loot all for lotto. The SK won, and since its no trade Val got screwed out of a nice tunic. Stupid N00B guildies, and I realized it was a N00B so i kept my cool. I was nice about it though on the surface, but I was really yelling and scream out loud behind the scenes. </div><div> </div><div>That was a rant...I'm sorry. </div>

<div></div><p>Ohhh Val that bites. We have all been there seeing a fine piece of equipment go to the wrong toon. But the good news is there is always tomorrow to go grab him again. Alot of low, mid 30's in ROV (at least on our server) so it should green up for you nicely if you want to hunt him again. And they would love a dps machine in any group.</p>

It's really amusing to watch yourself in skeleton form performing Pitiful Plea (Ratonga racial agro reducer) - which I frequently have to do while using this effect. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

Didn't manage to get that one until Bug was about 44 <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Still carry it around for comedy value (activate it when you pull agro to scare healer - it gives you a little knock-back before you lose all your flesh <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />). Got the Brawler one when she was 33 though which is also cool. Makes you looks like the Conjuror's scout pet <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

<p>Ya, awesome to have for raids, adds another easy 10k dmg on top of your total dmg output. So awesome to have when you really gotta burn a mob down fast.</p><p>LeoricLevel 60 ranger</p>

<div>It puts you on the heal parse if your below max health.</div><div>Int increases its damage but not the heal. <3</div>

I think this is one of the best raid situational pieces of gear to have, honestly. Its proc does 200+ dmg to target with INT boosting it some, and heals your for nearly 100hp per proc. Its proc rate seems to be about 15% cause almost every bow shot procs it. Lasts about 30-40seconds but in that time on Darathar other night, his AE had me down to 150hp I poped the BP from hotkey, and hit effect, Boom instant HP, unloaded 4 CA"s and was max hp again. hehe posted a 4500hp heal on healer parser and everyone was stunned lol, How the hell does a ranger get heals? Saved my life that raid, and can save you every 20mins in raids with alot of AE using mobs.Must have for the rangers, and well worth the time of getting a lower level to go with ya to get one. I can confirm also, its procs lands on lvl62 mobs also, as good friend of mine had me take him to get one with an alt. He uses this alot on raids, and he's 60 raiding t6 stuff constantly. BTW, mob that drops this, is the named in RoV not the first one for COI access but the one down hall other way past hall with COI door around corner to right. First one drops the brawler version, one down hall with COI door drops plate version, and other drops scouts. However even with its high proc rate, unless your using a bow, this is not a tunic for you. Other scouts don't benifit from the proc nearly as good, so only a token item for them.<div></div>

But at level 30 it's a pretty nice piece for any scout. And it's got a nice distinctive look.</span><div></div>

Why not, at level 60, use it for the 30 secs in a raid to do more damage, I dont see why any other scout class wouldn't.</div>
