<div>I am looking to finally start my scout alt. I am planning on soloing alot and want to make sure he can take on at least green heroics.  Eventually I would like do even make him a farmer for RE and such. How well do rangers fit that bill pre lv 50?</div><div> </div><div>Thanks!</div>

<div>You won't be able to do green heroics very easily pre-20 if at all.</div><div> </div><div>After 20, you can start using stun poisons that make it much easier but it is still time consuming and risky.  Not to mention the stun poisons are expensive and you'll need room to move and kite as you're bow attacks are still relatively numbered.</div><div> </div><div>After 30, you'll have a good number of bow attacks, and if you get lucky with DD / stun poison procs, a green heroic can die before it moves.  Still though you're going to need some room to kite if you don't get lucky.</div><div> </div><div>Honestly, its not  worth the effort in my opinion.  A)  The poisons are expensive which would drastically cut into any profits from farming, B)  Poisons are about to be redone, and I wouldn't put any weight on stun poisons till we see how they turn out post LU 19 / 20, C)  In close quarters such as RE and most other dungeons, you're not going to have much room to move and thus it could turn south very quickly.</div><div> </div>

<div></div><p>Soloing ^^^ mobs as a ranger only becomes beneficial after lvl 55 when you get stream of arrows. Befor that lvl it's too time consuming.</p><p>LeoricLevel 60 ranger</p>

<div></div>I'd also advise against it.  At lvl 43 I got my [Removed for Content] whooped by Hoarguz in RE and had to evac.  I got off all of my bow CA's had my stun poison and my 245 DD poison my STR + STA potion my +100 mitigation potion up.  He still threw me a beating when he got to me.  I have no doubt I would've been able to drop him had there been room to kite him, but in dungeons like RE kiting is [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] near impossible.
