<div>From what I understand, Rangers can't really take advantage of their bow skills until after lvl 20. (Am I correct on this assumption?)</div><div> </div><div>Currently I'm at lvl 14 dual weilding a shiv and hunting knife (both with bonus attributes) and occasionally blasting off some arrows with my maple short bow; does anyone know where I might be able to loot kick-[expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] dual wield weapons to claw my way through the next 6 or so lvls?</div><div> </div><div>I've mostly been soloing in the Central Farmlands of Antonica, although I'm not quite ready to take on the Gnoll mobs yet. Any other adventuring spots you might recommend?</div><div> </div><div>Regards!</div><div> </div><div> </div>

<div></div><div></div>Well, the time you spend in lvls 10-20 is quite short that i wouldnt put too much time to find the _right_ weapons anyway... But what comes to my mind is this quest in the willow wood.. hmm yeah it was: <a href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/TheBalanceofLife.php" target="_blank">The </a><a href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/TheBalanceofLife.php" target="_blank">Balance of Life</a>It gives a pretty nice DW weapon as a reward. In Castleview Hamlet is another (a bit lower lvl) quest which also gives a decent DW weapon as a reward called: <a href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/OhDeerMe.php" target="_blank">Oh, Deer Me</a>Also try search the broker for cheap DW:s for sale... i bet you can find nice ones in there too! <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span>Good hunting!++Xan<div></div><p>Message Edited by xandez on <span class="date_text">01-12-2006</span><span class="time_text">09:49 AM</span></p>

I think a couple of Badlands stiletto's are good for that level, if I remember correctly anyway, they're quested from a guy in the commonlands and not hugely hard to get either.  I'll post more info later if nobody gets there before me.Nul.<div></div>

<div>I myself found that you can get a Wip as a quest items with some decent stats, so I been using that as a dual weild weapon.  and a dagger I found.</div><div> </div><div>I will occasionally use a  tomahawk just to raise my other skills.</div><div> </div><div> </div>

<div></div><div>I used the Fire Scarred Cresent axe out of Baubleshire as one for quite a while and a Pristine Stiletto.  </div><div> </div><div>When you get closer to higher teens there is some Solo wandering Gnoll Battler's near the Hunting Cabin that drops some good chain and decent weapons.  Also over near Windstalker Village and the Aquaducts are Thistle Snakes that I recieved a Master drop off of. </div><div> </div><div>But I personally would swtich out your Shortbow to a Longbow.  Longer distance (More CA's) and Delay for your Proc of Poisons (Which will win the day).</div><div> </div><div>Good hunting</div>
