Crafted all the way, Legendary if you dont have cash problems.

Chain of course, imbued leggings and chest, 1 imbued piercing weapon (PGT in the other hand), legendary imbued bow, and any good crafted legendary jewelry you can get your hands on.

Ebon weapons before armor, and PGT for soloing.

If money aint a issue then search the broker, medium armor lvl 40 that got nice str and agi with maybe some effects is nice.

If money aint a issue search again for dualwield slashing and piercing weapons and a nice bow with nasty procs on.

That is if money is no issue at all

I fully agree with imbued chest armor, but there is something to consider about imbued legs. They do not do a whole lot of damage and if you are training through a zone they can cause a problem. If you are hit by a MOB and your pants go off you are in combat and slow down (combat speed) so you can't out run the MOB very easily.

^ ya hes right about the trianing part. If you do decide to get imbued legs, when you train keep yourself targeted and press yell if it ever goes off.

I went the cheap route so I could save up for my T6 cobalt and the rares need for the 3 Abilities. I went with the full set of of augmented leather (imbued chest and legs--full set cost just over a plat by watching prices starting at level 35), and the imbued cedar longbow. I stayed with the handcrafted imbued slash and pierce weapons becuase my bow is my main weapon. Most feel more comfortable with ebon armor but I have had no problems soloing or playing tank with a healing partner.

Now I'm just about at T6 and I can afford to go cobalt right out of the gate. Since I've been a T6 Jeweler for a while, I've been harvesting like a mad dog. I already have my ironwood and 2 vanadiums for the bow and abilities, but my luck is real bad when it comes to rare ores. I'm glad I saved up :smileyhappy:

If you go with the imbued legs, just drop your drawers when you train across a zone. That way, you won't proc and you can moon the mobs behind you. :smileyvery-happy:

at 45, all scouts should get thisAgility, pretty . I replaced my ebon chainmail coif with this beauty, you can get it on the broker for half the price of an ebon usually. or you can find your own /shrugs.As for a bow, get an imbued cedar longbow.and any imbued dualwield weapons of your choice. i personally use the Polished granit tomahak (spelling) in the primary hand, and an imbued ebon spatha in the offhand.Edit: the PGT is one of the best weapons ever. some rangers use it all the way to 60

Message Edited by mastercheft on 01-10-200610:58 AM

Thank you all. This has been a great help. The best bet looks like the Imbued Ebon armor (with spare pair of pants for training) with JBoots. The PGT is something I was always going to go for but I might invest in a couple of piercing weapons so I can keep the piercing ability up with slashing for those occasions I come across a slash resistant foe :smileytongue:The Imbued Cedar Longbow looks like a winner as well. All this will go a fair way to breaking the bank, so I'll be saving in earnest for the cobalt gear afterwards :smileywink:
