<DIV>Woot...just got PGT last night, I love it already.  My question is what do you guys think would be a go compliment to it?  I was thinking maybe an Imbued Feysteel Dagger.  Will this guy proc on my bow if its in off hand?  Thanks in advance.</DIV>

<P>Absolutely man. Our biggest strength is the fact that our weps will proc off of our bow. Now, if you have PGT you can get imbued dagger but if you have imbued bow aswell, the 2 imbues wont stack to make a 10% chance to proc. But once you get up to about lvl 43 there are probably some decent t5 fabled sowrds that have a proc on it for a decent price on broker. That way you will have PGT, the proc from your fabled sword and proc from bow.</P> <P>Leoric<BR>Level 60 ranger</P>

Thanks Leo.  Apparently I'm brining my ranger along well as people still seem to be amazed that the amout of DPS I dish out.  I gotta admit this board helps a ton.

<DIV>Yeah, they were lonely times <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV>I was picked for groups for my personality, and thats a sad sad day my brothers</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I would put a pristine imbued (insert tier metal) leafblade. They have the highest stats and highest dmg i believe, a little slower attack, but you probably wont notice. And since the PGT procs off all attacks since its Heritage, put the leafblade in the main hand to get the proc off it. Then also youll see them both</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Edit:</DIV> <DIV>Wait wait wait, i think its the other way around, meh, whatever lol</DIV><p>Message Edited by Caelum on <span class=date_text>12-30-2005</span> <span class=time_text>09:54 PM</span>

<P>I'd recommend an imbued pierceing weapon to so with the slashing PGT. That way your pierce skill won't lag behind. And definitely a bow with a proc.  Melee weapons won't proc on your bow, but the PGT will</P> <P> </P>

I'd agree with getting a piercing weapon, you want to try to have both slashing and piercing skills as high as you can.  Melee weapons do in fact proc off your bow however I forget if two imbued weapons (imbued bow and melee weapon in your case) will both proc Gleaming Strike, I believe two fabled weapons will have their procs stack and both go off. <div></div>

Some melee weapons will proc off bow.  Fabeled, PGT and SSOY for example. But Gleaming Strike on a melee weapon will not proc off a bow.  SOE fixed that bug a few months ago.  Also, wielding two imbued weapons does not increase the chance of a gleaming strike proc.  Parses have shown that only one of the weapons will proc.  For that reason, I usually wield an inbued weapon and the other slot has a weapon selected for stats (or the PGT if i'm grouping or doign mainly bow soloing)
