No bow for me

Oh.... ouch. That's harsh, b/c you can really use that bow right now. Granted, it's a shortbow and you'll replace it in your mid - late 20s anyway, but it's a great starter bow. Even if you weren't going to use it, you should still get a reward for the quest. Anyway, good luck with the petition, I hope it works out.

Same thing happened to me last night on Najena. I finished the quest and got no reward. I dinged 20 today and still no bow.

Yep this happened to me as well, I paged a GM the night I got 20 but they said it was a known issue in the game and the developers are working on it. Nothing she could do she said. I bought a player made longbow anyway, but my advice is to get your Forresting skill up and go talk to the Watcher of the Fields in Thundering Steppes and do the One-Eyed Chief quest, there's a really nice magical longbow for the reward and it will last you through your 20s. We just had another player post about this bug...have any of you folks had this taken care of or no?  Keep us updated on this bug. No I had no further movement on this. I have noticed that when I log on I occaisionally see the message saying new CSR Ticket activity, but there is nothing new on the log, so dunno if a GM has attempted to contact me, or if that's just a bug, or if I've been nicely forgotten about. I haven't bothered repetitioning it as I'm currently using the One Eyed Bow and have been promissed a crafted bow when I hit 30 by a guildy. I probably should raise it again, purely for the principle of the matter.

Same thing happend to me, i petitioned a GM and they dropped the bow in my inv, making me a very happy lil ranger.  Hope the rest of you can get it too.
