<DIV>Hello Rangers,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> I just wanted to wish you all well, I have not been in game in over a week and have decided to extend my absence from EQ2. I think it best if I take this break now rather than later. I am sure I will return someday in the near future but I cant promise.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> I cant say it was any one thing that is pushing me to leave, however, I can say the majority of the reasons start within me. I could go on about this change or that change I dont like but it really isnt any changes SOE made to the game...I like where Rangers are right now. I really wish they would not change anything drastic...but that thread in the wiz forum has put me over the top. I cant stand it anymore...I think it is wrong what they have done and continue to do. No person should benefit from throwing another person under the bus...nor should one class benefit from trashing another class and try to justify a nerf based on fallacies and lies...but that is the unfortunate truth of it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> In reality, It isnt even just that....I just need this break...probably all winter. I need to begin working on myself once again...I have neglected it for too long. This game helped me to hide from the world at large and I cant do it anymore. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> By saying the above, I make no judgements against anyone else, this is merely my situation...and I dont want anyone to make it personal. I do truly feel this community of Rangers is the best...I think you folks are a shining force in the community of this game and expect nothing to change in that regard. I will return with perhaps less of a fractured personality than I when I left. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> To all of the military personnell out there playing this game, I salute you for your courage and hope that you make it back to your families soon. Oorahh! </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> Tonight I will log in to say my farewells to my Guild: Solo Artist of Faydark If any of you folks are on the Faydark server, check out these folks...they are a great group of people and very friendly. Gwenoy and Emma are among the very best people that you will find on EQ2.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> Jay42 and Zholain keep doing your thing...you two mean quite alot to these folks I think. More than you likely know, you two are the glue holding this forum together and keeping it as civil as you do. I look forward to seeing some of you younger Rangers in the future when you are more seasoned and see how you have grown in game.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Peace Health and Happiness to all of you :smileywink:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Saihung </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
<P>You've always been a huge asset to this community and a great contributor here, and it goes without saying that we'll miss you. I hope you'll still come by and say hi, just to let us know how you're doing and touch base with some old friends - whether we talk about anything related to the game or not. The game is fun and all, but the relationships formed through it are much more important. </P> <P>I know the wizzie forum thing was silly, but don't let that stuff get under your skin. Take step back and it's just a [Removed for Content] match in a forum somewhere. SOE doesn't make game design decisions based on disgruntled players complaining about something they don't have firsthand experience with. If they did, this game would be a complete mess. I know you say that pushed you over the top, but I'm thinking that the break from the game has far more to do with you personally than any forum posts. </P> <P>Personally I tend to encourage this kind of thing. If you ever feel that the rest of your life is out of balance with the game, it probably is, and that's easily remedied by stepping away for a while. Taking a break is a good idea, and I'm not going to discourage you from making the changes you need to keep things in balance. Just know that you have a group of friends here that will be keeping your spot warm until you return. Best of luck, and please stay in touch. </P>

<font size="2">Let me say that you will be sorely missed. You have remained a constant positive influence here, and it's you and people like you that make this forum board and the game a pleasure to experience. A friend you are, and a friend you will remain. However, I admire your choice to take a break. There are times when other things are more important...and everything is more important than this game when it comes to personal matters. You've got a group of friends here who'll pick up right where we left off when you come back. You take care of yourself until then....and I'll shove an arrow right up Darathar's [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] tonight just for you <span>:smileywink:</span> Until we meet again. </font><div></div>
I don't post too much but read alot, and I always enjoyed your posts. We'll sure miss you while your gone. But take your time and find the balance, the game will be here when you get back. <span>:smileywink:</span> <span></span> <div></div>

I'll miss you while you're gone. I hope you have a good break and get some nice winter sun on your face. I think it's a good idea to take a break earlier than later. I think it increases that chance we may all get to see your face again. Regardless, your company will be missed. <div></div>
<P>Aawwwww. Never got to really speak to you on WorldRanger, Saihung, but it's always sad to see someone go. Good luck in everything you do and I hope to see you back with a bow stalking the woodlands sometime in the future.</P> <P>Farewell</P>
I hope your journey leads you to your destination. Be well my friend.***Can I borrow your stuff? <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span><div></div>
<DIV>Dibs on his stuff! (Hey, you knew someone was going to say it and I'm just [Removed for Content] enough for it to be me.)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Seriously though. Take care bud. Whole community will miss you. Hope you find what you need and make it back to us some day.</DIV>

<DIV>Real Life PWNS ALL!!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Enjoy your break and we hope to see you back again someday... maybe when you can get your addiction under control. Quitting cold turkey for a while may be the only way to go. I know many times I've said, "ok, I'm just logging on for an hour because I have xyz to do... ". The next thing I know it's 3AM, Oh Crap!!! </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Sometimes I think I'd be better off with a crack cocaine habit lol.</DIV>
