Yah its a maintained ability.  Press the hotkey to start it, press the hotkey to end it.  Works nicely.<div></div>

<DIV>Another question on this CA. If I'm using this on a mob via shooting through the MT in the group, once the mob is dead and the MT then moves to the next target, it appears as though stream of arrows fails to fire on the new target, even though the iconis still up. Is this right?</DIV>

Stream of arrows is locked on the target you cast it. While it is active you can switch your target and look around <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

Just to add to what was said.  While you can look around and target other things will stream is firing, it will not do damage to any target other than the one it was iniitiated on.  If that target dies 2 seconds into stream, you have 28 seconds of waiting, or you cancel it and move on to other attacks on the next target.  Even if you target the main tank and hit stream through him, once that first mob dies, stream is done, regardless of what the main tank happens to be targetting when that mob dies.
