New Ranger Question

<DIV>     Ok I started a kitty ranger and worked my way up tp lvl 21 in a week whis is fast for me. Now I have a question on posions to use at this lvl that are stackable. Any suggestions. Also back before the run speed increace my Conj was doing the Race course in TS and I was told to get a ranger for an evac. Fine but every site on rangers and spell lists don't list  an evac. Do rangers get one and at what lvl ?? Last question whats the best player made bow I can get at this lvl ?? am interested in a long bow for distance. Ok so I lied is it worth the time to make your own arrows. buy player made or vendor bought ?? I am kinda getting out of crafting as it takes too long to craft each componant in quanity too bad we couldn't batch componants in moderate quanities. Oh well getting lazy in my old age. As far as what poisons to use at what tier, <a href="http://www.eq2alchemy.com/Shader/potions.html" target=_blank>http://www.eq2alchemy.com/Shader/potions.html</a> is your best bet to see what you want and how to get it made.  As far as poison stacking is concerned, anything with a different process percentage, will proc 25%, 20%, 15%, and so forth, will stack with each other, whereas, two 25%'s will not stack.  Our evac is called, "Escape," an we get it at level 25.  <div></div>A abit of our damage comes from bow procs, so i'd say get a player made bow with gleaming strike on it, however i'm not sure what its called for tier3's.

<font size="2">The rare player-made bow for the 20's is made of fir.  Depending on your servers economy, you should be able to buy one for anywhere from 25 - 50 gold.  Or you could just harvest it (severed fir) yourself and have a woodworker make it for you.  Give him a sparkling extract and he could imbue it for you too.  If you can get that relatively quickly, it will serve you very nicely until you can get your hands on Stormfire. The common wood for t3 is severed ash.  If you can't afford the fir, imbued ash will still do very nicely.  But by all means, have it imbued whatever you do. </font><div></div>

<P>I'm not a woodworker, but I can't imagine it's really worth the time to make your own arrows. You should have your first summon arrow skill by now, I'd upgrade that as high as you can and just hit it every time you see it available. (Buy a quiver if you haven't already.) Before too long, you'll have a nice supply of ammo that you can use anytime, without having to spend a minute crafting or any cash on the broker. </P> <P>At this point, you probably want to be working on your armor quests (from Ian Cathlan in Qeynos Harbor), on the Dwarven Workboots heritage (from Hwal Rucksif in Ardent Needle keep), and soon you should start looking for giant groups. You want the totems they drop so you can learn giant language, which you'll need to start the Axe from the Past heritage in your late 20s - early 30s. <div></div><p>As far as poisons go, I recommend buying any that say legendary, and do massive damage. I find that it’s often cheaper just to use on legendary poison rather than stacking. I believe legendary poisons receive more procs than normal poison, plus beasts go down in 3 bow shots. Although I will caution if you die a lot poisons get expensive fast. I would also recommend doing the quest for stormfire bow (found in stormhold) very nice bow till tier 4, in which you get the imbued rare bows.</p><div></div>
