When I am going to be upgrading a combat art I ask myself two things.  Out of the CA's that I have that are not Master or Adept 3 already....which one do I use the most....which one will help me complete my favorite play style better.  I raid a lot, so I chose CAs that would help me with that role to upgrade first.  Linyen Ranger Fires of Heaven <div></div>

Well said, Linyen. Personally, at Tier 5, I would upgrade Storm of Arrows to Adept III as it currently has no replacement. After that, maybe Triple Fire since you took Hidden at Master II.

I also upgraded Debilitating arrow (4<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />, does not get upgraded, decent damage, and a nice decrease in defense debuff as well.  If your going to grind through your levels, it might be smart to look at the not upgraded CA's first.
