I started wearing feysteel (t4 rare, equippable at 30) at around the 30s.    It's been a long time since I was that level so there may be better (and cheaper) choices, but you should at least try and get an imbued feysteel chainmail coat, as the heal proc is quite nice. <div></div>

I recommend the dropped feysteel brigandine. It looks great, doesn't cost too much, and it has good stats for that tier. I wore mine from 30-40 IIRC. Good luck!

Where does that armor drop?

Ruins of Varsoon, Enchanted Lands, and Isle of Zek are where I found my drops. Bought the rest on the broker.
