<DIV>Don't worry about getting adetp 3 till you are around level 50 because all the skills you get from 20-49 get upgraded pretty soon so adept 1 is good enough for em.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cheap Shot is a good bet but I haven't seen a real difference from app1 and adept 3... so yeah</DIV>

I would like to have some suggestions on this too. I am lvl 22 presently. I know we get upgrades eventually, but I don't power level, so it will be months before I am level 50. My boyfriend has an alchie and a jeweler and I have a jasper and he wants to make me a level 20 adept 3 CA and then some rare poison with the loam. So, what is the best CA we get in the 20's that is worth upgrading?

I've found that abilities lvl 47 and up (might be lvl 48 and up) don't have t6 replacements. So do some checking and making sure, but you should be able to pretty much not worry about getting anything lower than lvl 46 adept III'd if you are cruising to 60 and be able to concentrate your rares on getting those abilities lvl 47 and up adeptIII'd since you will be using them until next lvl cap increase. For you guys working through t6 I'd recommend getting all your new Ancient Knowledge spells adept III'd first as they can be hard to find in adept I form and very expensive if you can. They are also some of our best new tools with Thorny Trap being great for soloing, some extra strategy and utility for groups, and some more dmg, root, and snare hehe. Stream of Arrows is one of our best tools for constant group dps. If you are pulling lots of ^^^ mobs blast away with your normal bow CA's on one then on the next use Stream of Arrows and by the next pull most of your bow CA's should be refreshed and by the next Storm will be ready, see where I'm going it is a great way to maintain a very high dps and some great grind speed. Lastly Sniper Shot is great to have because it is finally our uber big hit hehe. Who can honestly say they don't love womping some mob for 5k or even 7k (i've heard peeps getting hits for as big as 10k) and it also adds some much needed umphff for a tough named mob or a quick kill for when things get hairy.

I's suggest one of your maintained arts, such as Natural Instincts or Foresters Insight. I lucked into a Master I of foresters insight and am still using it at 47. I'd guess an Ad3 of it would be fairly useful as well.

<P>Most people seem to be upgrading every skill to Adept 3 on their track to level 60, however some may not be able to afford that. </P> <P>If you are wanting to do some upgrading, I recommend upgrading your bow arts or your backstabs if you group alot. Good luck!!</P>

<P>While growing up with the ranger, he levelled so fast that he barelly had time to get everything into Adept 1... he'd out grown his CA's so fast it wasnt worth upgrading to Adept 3, except now... past 50 I'm slowly upgrading all my FINAL CA's, the ones that dont have upgrades.</P> <P> </P>
<div></div><div>I'm lvl 33. As far as which, I made an adept 3 of Triple shot. It's a ways off for you, but it's EXCELLENT. It has great dmg & recharges fast. If I could, and now that I think of it, I will because I just found an rare, upgrade my hidden shot. Hidden Shot is wonderful to have at ad3 as well. I always start my fight out(well almost always) with Hidden Shot <high dmg>, followed by Triple Shot<3 shots> then with Flaming Shot <2 shots> [ Open Shot (before lv 30) ]. </div> <div> </div> <div>Potions:</div> <div> </div> <div>I use Very Large upfront dmg/V.small dot (<strong>insuffereable anguish)</strong> lv 20-29 can be made at lv 23 alch i think WITH the ever so great <strong>Retribution of the Sky </strong>It's a piercing/crushing debuff. We do great piercing dmg and the debuff procs off melee & combat arts (CA)-i didnt know what CA meant for a very long time.</div> <div> </div> <div>I would use the rare loam to make <strong>Touch of the Beholder</strong> only. It's the only stun poison that I know of. Before today, it worked on every mob, heroic, common & epic. Apparently with today's update they took out the stun effect from poisons on epic mobs.</div> <div> </div> <div>Hope this helps</div><p>Message Edited by Ndigo on <span class=date_text>11-30-2005</span> <span class=time_text>02:14 AM</span>
