Filtering Damage

Right click and select Chat Options, then expand the Combat tree, then clear the checkboxes that have to do with Friend Casts, Hostile Spell, Hostile Attack, Hostile Miss, etc. It'll be pretty clear what each option contains, especially if you just want to log your own attack info and ignore the other stuff.
