New uh, soon to be ranger here!!!

<DIV>Hi I started my scout like 2 days ago and now i am 16 working hard for ranger, atm i know nothing much but i got a new skill that fires 2 arrows open shot i think it was called, what i realized was it is no use when kiting because it doesn't cast while you are running, i tried kiting a few mobs pull off a snare run down staight range stop for a sec and try to cast it nut the mobs always caught up, now to my question: Are all of the arrow skills like this?</DIV>

<DIV>You're going to find you kite less and less as you get more and more ranged CAs. Never really tried kiting tbh (for some reason seems like cheating to me.....also I don't have time to level my alchemist) but I do a version of it while foraging in high zones.  If I get jumped by a few yellow mobs or one orange mob while foraging in zek, I hit them with as much as I can until my health is starting to become a concern, and then instead of running for it as I could normally do I now it them with a speed de-buff and then run away backwards with ranged auto-attack on.  Get to run from danger AND kill the mob  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

<DIV>I always stun and run back far enough to get a few off while the mob runs at me if it reaches me the first time. But for teh most part kiting was borked .. Never really soloed til lvl 52 - 53 anyways .. *blushes* I've had peeps by my side through this game.. I dont play and MMO to play alone *giggles* thats what my consols are for ya know. ^_~</DIV>
