Is sanring shot (lvl 58 skill) worth a adept3?

Any got a opinion on the replacement for legshot, snaring shot?I just hit 58 and got sniper shot and precise shot made adept3. Arrow rip will be done today but i'm not sure on snaring shot.I have the master2 leg shot and rarely use it, can anyone give me some stats on this skill and give me their opinion.
