I purchased Bloodline, but still no Honed Reflexes

<P>Well, you get access to the spell after you complete the Bloodline quests (I think the first 3?) and you can buy them from a merchant.</P> <P>However, you don't have to own Bloodlines or finish the quests to get it.  You can have a jeweler with the right recipe make the spell for you in App. IV or Adept III form.  That's what I did and I have it in App. IV I believe. </P>

The spell book in question would be found at either the wholesale merchant or workshop merchant...I can not remember which.  As a ranger, you should buy the Jeweller and get a Jeweller to make it for you.

I believe at app. IV it is 24% haste.  I'd say yes it is worth it.  Find someone to make it Adept 3 for you and you are set.
