whats funny is i asked this the first day there were talks about it getting nerfed and no one could respond.  I had a feeling thats exactly what was going to happen which is great.  If your standing point blank and are trying to use SoA you either deserve to die or need to run. <div></div>

Well, when you read the notes and see "SoA will have a requirement of 5m" ... nobody could expect that it will be only to start the CA. Sounds more like if it will be to shot every arrow.
