<DIV>Ok, so since haste only effects auto attack speed, does it make sense to have a 10 sec duration spell that gives us a 54% (at Adept 1) bow haste when the delay on a bow is 7 secs?  At most this allows us to make 3 shots in the time we would have only take 2.  Seems a bit lacking.</DIV>

I've had a master I of this for months. Pre-LU16, I would use it on raids.  Other than that I'd mostly forget it existed. Now I use it while soloing to keep killing as fast as I can, usually by kiting a mob for those 10 seconds while all of my bow arts finish refreshing for the next mob.  It does a good job of significantly boosting our autoattack damage for those 10 seconds. And I still use it on raids. <div></div>

The haste and DPS portion definitely do absolutely nothing.  The ranged portion probably affects its to hit chance for 10 seconds. <div></div>

My jaw has been dropping since. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  I haven't experimented with Focus Fire, but given what Tobias says, it probably isn't all that effective. Heck, Focus Fire in general just doesn't seem all that effective - the duration is so short as to make its use fairly limited.</DIV>
