<DIV>Ok, I am sure you all get these questions all the time.  My alt is a level 40 ranger.  I have started playing him again since the Combat upgrade and am having a great time with him.  Where do you all suggest soloing at level 40?  I am eager to go to sinking sands, but he is to low to do much there yet.  Took me 3 trys and 2 deaths to kill one of the caimens on the beach.  Any tips would really be appreciated.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thank you in advance.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Idau 40 Ranger/Oasis</DIV> <DIV>Yerej 58 Warlock/Oasis</DIV><p>Message Edited by Yer on <span class=date_text>11-10-2005</span> <span class=time_text>08:35 AM</span>

Everfrost is good for the wolves in the beginning...Lavastorm also for the lizards on the beach. I levelled to 45 by using these zones...oh and I started going to SS around 43 <div></div>

Agreed, I'd wait til around 45 to try much in Sinking Sands. In the meantime, I'd work in Feerott, EL, and Lavastorm - you should find some decent soloing areas in those zones. If you're working on those fire lizards in Lava, just be careful of spawning the Flame Toad or whatever his name is - that b---h killed me several times in my early 40s, even in groups - he just seemed be to really tough for his level at the time. Good luck!

I have been in Sinking Sands from 43-47, need to start off with a group though if you want to accomplish anything. Onc eyou hit 45 you should be able to solo  most of the single con mobs out there.
