Level 24 Ranger Weapons?

<P>PGT is a higher level quest. there's a dwarf at the antonica claymore that gives an access quest to firemist gully. inside firemist there's a quest for a weapon. one of the choices is a procing dagger that is duel weild.</P> <P>bongo</P>
