<P>They are working on em still, they didnt get the bugs out b4 the LU hit so they are gonna hold it for awhile and work on it I believe</P>

Strange. Looks like quivers just started working all of a sudden. You can just plop it down in your ranged ammo slot, load it up, and it will pull ammo from the first slot with ammo in it. It opens like a regular bag, so if you have an 'open all bags' hotkey it will open the quiver as well.<div></div>

Are there any stats on the quivers? What difference would it make using a rare pelt and a common one? Been curious about these little pieces of work. List everything you've got on 'em. <div></div>

It's just a regular bag, no stats or anything. There are rare and common bags. The tier 4 quivers have 10 slots. They pretty much have the same slots as the bags of the same tier. <div></div>

I'm confused. Are they on live yet or still on Test? <div></div>

<DIV>They are in test I believe, and Tailors have the ability to make em</DIV>

<div></div>So does a quiver go into the ammo alot next to your bow? I can make half decent quivers, would be very interested. <Edit> Can't make quivers, can make those things you put throw-ables in <div></div><p>Message Edited by Mentla on <span class=date_text>11-07-2005</span> <span class=time_text>03:25 PM</span>
<P>I hope so, if not, its going to sit in a bag slot and take up room just like it does, and my just autoload, which would be ok, but I would much rather prefer a bag that went in my ammo slot and carried like x1000 arrows or whatever the number is. It makes more sense from an RP sense than having it as a bag. I mean a quiver is going to go on your back, not reach inside your ruck sack to grab an arrow, IMO of course</P>

<div></div>Is this theoretical or do quivers exist? None in my recipe book and I didn't find any at broker... Just found that they are apparently on the test server. <div></div><p>Message Edited by Mentla on <span class=date_text>11-01-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:33 AM</span>

They were put on the test server on or around 10/13. <p>Message Edited by Raahl on <span class=date_text>11-01-2005</span> <span class=time_text>01:29 PM</span>

<P>Oh, I hope, I hope, I hoooope they make them visible on your back. This is one of the really nice perks I like about WoW. It makes such a visual impact on your character and really gives that ranger/tracker look.</P>

<DIV>Yeesh I can't wait til these go live. It's nothing for me to go through 3k arrows on a good night. Even at 10 slots it would help a lot.</DIV> <DIV>Any testers have insight on T6 and different quiver sizes(common, Legendary etc)?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<P>I use 2 bags as my "<EM>makeup quivers</EM>"... one has 24 slots and the others has 30. They are both without titlebar or frames, and are always open, only showing themselves when my mouse hovers over them.</P> <P>When I start a fighting nite each slot in each bag is filled with 99 arrows (2376+2970=5346), and depending on the makeup of the group and where we go, you can be sure that at least the 30 slot bag will be empty and I will be well on my way to the other one.</P> <P>Thank you, thank you, thank you for makeshift arrows :smileywink:</P> <P> </P> <P>PS: they need to implement a new Heritage Quest, where the reward is <STRONG>Tolan's Darkwood Bracer</STRONG>. :smileyvery-happy:</P><p>Message Edited by Dasanhgul on <span class=date_text>11-02-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:44 AM</span>

Just to give me an idea, what sort of speed do you chaps shoot at? I think the bow I have is about once every 4-5 seconds? Also, do you remember any quests for those of us in the 20s to get a decent bow? <div></div>

<P>Auto attack is 1 shot / 7 seconds.</P> <P>I hit my CA's as they come up and some shoot more than one arrow. So probably 1 arrow every 3-4 seconds. </P>
<DIV>Stream of Arrows will go through 10 arrows in 15 seconds. Triple shot/fire/arrow uses 3 per cast (if they all hit), Flaming Arrows/Sharp Shot/Precise Shot use 2 per hit. Add in your normal bow CA's plus autofire going off and it's easy to run through stacks and stacks of arrows. Chain pulling giants/cyclops is great for xp but it's murder on your arrow/poison supply.</DIV>
<DIV>I recommend the One-Eyed bow in the early 20s, then Stormfire by 28. I can't look up the quests right now, but Stormfire's quest starts from Sir Valinayle in Stormhold - the ghost elf dude standing by the statues on stairs going down into SH.</DIV>

I want to maximize my dmg output. I've noticed that I do far more dmg per encounter when I go 80% ranged 20% melee, I don't count the "melee" ca's that can be used from a distance. In the Vault of Dust tonight there were times I was going through a stack every 3-4 minutes....or it seemed like it anyways.</P> <P>Good god don't get me started on how many poisons I'm going through in a good night. It's scary. I have to have 2 different Alchemists to keep me in the poisons I need. At anywhere from 8-20 gold each for Legendary on Inny it get's expensive. Hopefully Sony will adress the poisons down the road. With 3 poisons up all the time it doesn't take long to go through some serious coin. I'd feel a little better about it if we kept them on death like food and drink. At least it would give the illusion that I'm going through less :smileytongue:</P></BLOCKQUOTE>

Any news on when this will be happening, or are they wasting more time with 'fun' Christmas games to replace the Hallowe'en crud instead of fixing the bugs? <div></div>
