Mentored down Ranger made a good tank for betrayal...

So last night I was out helping a friend work on his Freeport > Qeynos betrayal..  I am a 31 ranger so I mentored down to their level.. We ended up with a group of other people also betraying as well.  And very quickly realized that even though i am their level and my gear downgrades to their level I still vastly out tank even the "tanks" in the group.  (i.e.  ^^^ heroic named mobs barely touched me and would compeltely smash any of them) I think its due to my stats not being downgraded (124agi before and after mentoring) even though the other stuff downgraded some.  I also seemed be be able to use abilities I wouldnt have yet at level 17 but that where orange cons to me. <div></div>

I agree, this is an issue that should be fixed; I just hope they ("they" being SOE) don't nerf agility in general, as they have done in the past at least once.</DIV>

Agility seems appropriate at the "normal" level we are, but when mentoring down since our stats (except health and power) stay the same it may be over powered a tad.  I dont really think to many people use this to "power level" anyone or bypass content though.  We could have won those fights even if I had normal (for their level) stats. <div></div>
