Sniper's Shot (Level 58) Adept III

<P>Excuse my ignorance, but what does blurring the vision of target do in regards to NPCs?  Does it mess up their chance to hit?</P> <P>I could see how this would be a rad spell in duels in that aspect however.</P>

Dear god, that's incredible. Is this an upgrade to the Hidden or Culling lines?

Sniper Shot is a brand new Ranger CA. It is not an upgrade of any previous one. It looks to me like it is the "single target" version of Storm of Arrows. Instead of a "rain of arrows" landing on every target in a given area, you fire one super kill shot right into the boss mob's brain. Talk about ouch. <P>Holy sweet mother of ... <faints></P> <P>Absolutely incredible. But c'mon, a CA that amazing deserves a better name than "Sniper's Shot." I mean think about what a sniper does: He hides, and waits for that one perfect shot to take out the leader. Sniping is what we do, just like the assassins well, assassinating. I am just glad that they gave this CA appropriate damage.</span><div></div>
