OK!!! SOE [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] ARE U DOING WITH THORNY TRAP

Ok.... so I level as fast as I can to 52 cause I really wanted thorny trap... only to find when I got there that thorny trap can only be made in adept3 form?? [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] anyone else running into this? I hope its just a bug <div></div>

If I remember correctly all lvl 51-60 CAs can be bought at App2 quality from one of the courts.  The only problem is you have to get your faction high enough to access their court where the merchant is.

Jeweler can only get the style via the rare drops.. the scrolls.. thorny trapp isnt in the advanced jeweler book.. My guild jeweler finally got it.. It want it what I was thinking of.. but its a nice one.. if you use the trapp well.. It roots the target .. does nice damage.. but the root can be broken.. I didnt have testet the duration.. but if you use the right arrow styles you can do a lot of dam while the mob is rooted Falconia

Before ya jump the gun and panic now, all the scrolls needed to make the AD3 versions can be bought in the court, with ally faction.  App2's are bought there from the same merchant as well but with kindly faction.  As always, App1 was basic skill, App2 is purchased, App3, and 4 are player made.  Adept1 is dropped, Adept 2 WAS given through racial/class traits, Adept3 is player made, and Master1 was dropped.  Only thing out of this that has changed is that they took out Adept2's, replaced them with master 2's instead.  And they added in master3's which are rare master chest loot if i'm right, although i've not seen one yet.  Most of this was done BEFORE LU13, they just added in a step to make the whole faction system with the Courts a needed part.  Its a reward for "playing" their system.  <div></div>

<div></div>It's not a bug. Every class has to do it, and its not that bad. Go farm for an hour or 2 maybe get a pearl or maybe another rare to sell and get the skill. It's worth it trust me. Kiting groups of 5+ is so nice. Lay a trap, pull with Storm of Arrows, run them to trap wile still shooting random stuff doing our long ranged CA's (the 2 dot ones) once they are rooted, invis up and do Natural selection. By this time your poison's and procs should have worked some into orange/red and about all into the yellow, then pick them off one by one. It is WELL worth spending your money/time to get trust me. And I agree with the person above me. If you dont wanna work for it you dont NEED it. Not everything should be handed to us. Spaz.. my technique is a lil different.  Find a juicy group of fresh raptor... lay trap and stealth... open with nat selection and backpedal with Storm of Arrows... most are in orange now... They hit trap and  are hanging onto to their lives by threads.  Step back and turn on aut atk.. maybe a leg shot, maybe watch poison tick... if one moves *BAM* use a bow CA or beat them with measly melee CA... pick off their lives one bye one.  Rinse, repeat <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
